Few hours left before boarding the plane from John F Kennedy International airport to France. Will probably not be able to sleep due to excitement and dreaming of how my trip will be? I am going to Cluny, France where I will be taking a course called “Microbiology and Culture of Cheese and Wine” offered by Rutgers University. Cheese and Wine what else you need, to have a terrific summer. I will be learning the science behind the production of cheese and wine.
