This day was a bit more challenging for me than Tuesday. When we first began vaccinating at the farm, I was having a lot of trouble with injecting the very wooly sheep and even spilled some of the vitamins through the wool because I thought it was the skin. I messed up this way about 2 times and it was honestly quite embarrassing. I was really feeling down on myself and determined to redeem myself. We saved the few horned rams for last and I felt much better about myself when I was able to catch one and be fearless. I felt great about catching one because everyone assumed that Jacob and Greg(the only male students) would be handling the horned ones since they were the two males of the group, so it felt pretty good to have surprised myself and the others. I still feel bad about my mistakes with the injecting, so that is definitely something I know to work on in the future. I just keep reminding myself that this trip is a learning experience and as long as my mistakes are not fatal, it is okay because I can only improve from them.
