September 9, 2019 by Lubna Lakhwala Leave a Comment

Day 32: Today was our first day at Landschaftspark, one of the most popular industrial parks in the world. Historically, it was a coal and steel plant. During this trip we went to the city Dusseldorf. This a city that provided me a lot of good memories. And this a place that makes me feel like my hometown. Short introduction of Dusseldorf: “It is the capital and second largest city of the most populous German federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia after Cologne(WIKI)”. […]

What Is This? Who Are They?

This blog is home to the thoughts and images of Rutgers University students as they travel the world this summer. Each student received a scholarship to experience the sciences beyond their New Jersey borders. In addition to the research and/or coursework, they will keep a journal or blog. Their thoughts are recorded once or twice a week over the duration of their international experience.

For more information about this scholarship, please visit the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences International Programs page at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
